Please call the company that installed it for service. We only install and service in the North Alabama area and do not sell equipment or phones outside this area.

DESI Software, The lite version of DESI is free. You can purchase labels from DESI (50 label packs) or buy from Certified(1-50 labels). NEC labels are only available from Certified.
