The alarm industry has seen many companies come and go over the past four decades that Certified Alarm has been in business. Many marketing theories have been tested, and one of the most popular marketing practices currently being used is “free” or a “$199.00” installation for a basic system. Listed are reasons why we don't offer this type of service.

CUSTOMIZED SECURITY SYSTEMS. Certified Alarm designs each system, from the very “basic” security and fire system to the very “elaborate” security systems, to meet the individual needs of the homeowner. We do not compare ourselves to the larger, national security chains, and we do not compete with their products. We don't “bid” systems over the telephone. What we do offer are professional and experienced sales people who ask many questions and design security systems that give you the highest level of security for your lifestyle.

QUALITY INSTALLATION/TRAINING. After professionally installing a system in a home, we don't hand you a card and say, “Call if you need anything.” We set an appointment with you and your family to perform an actual hands-on training session with Your Sales person. We don't leave until you are comfortable with your new investment.

FALSE ALARMS. Certified Alarm boasts one of the lowest false-alarm rates in the area. What does that mean, actually? It means that the alarm industry, unfortunately, has a reputation of having a lot of “false alarms.” The industry average is actually in the double digits, while Certified Alarm is in the single. The reason we can stay in the single digits is because of our customized security systems and our hands-on training and customer service.

SERVICE. Certified Alarm's Service Technicians are on duty 24 hours a day, ready to respond to any emergency situation. This service extends beyond the Service Technician to the Central Station Dispatcher who answers the phones and go the extra mile to ensure that a technician will arrive on time.

PEACE of MIND. We hope that you never need us, but in case of an emergency Certified Alarm will be there. Our 24 hour Central Station will notify the appropriate authority, including Police, Fire, and predetermined personal contact list. With your custom designed System the Central Station knows the exact device/location that caused the alarm and can relay this to the responding units. Our Central Station is Underwriters Laboratories Listed and has the latest computerized equipment and trained monitoring staff resulting in faster response times, saving lives and property. So you never have to worry, Certified Alarm is always on the job.
