Protege SVP, Holiday Attendent Greetings

To program from Protégé phones
1. Press "Voice Mail" key .
2. Press "*" then "#".
3. Enter the system Adm. mailbox "555".
4. Enter the password "XXXX". (Requires Sys Admin Password)

To program from outside the system
1. Dial main number
2. When Protégé voice answers Press "#".
3. Enter system Adm. mailbox "555".
4. Enter password "XXXX". (Requires Sys Admin Password)

To record messages.
1. From the sys Adm. Main menu press "1".
2. Enter "98". (the Holiday voice menu number) or "99" (for the alternate Greeting)
3. Dial "2" to record. Then the greeting "1".
4. When done press "#" to save.
5. Press "*" three times to exit menu.

To change operation mode (set up to answer with alternate greeting)
(When mode is changed manually it will stay in that mode until changed back to automatic mode)
1. From the system Adm. Main menu press "6".
2. Dial "1" to place the system in Holiday mode. (Prompts will say "fixed day greeting")
3. Dial "2" to place the system in Alternate mode. (Prompts will say "fixed night greeting"
4. Dial "3" to return to normal mode. ( automatic mode )
Dial "*" to exit.
