To Record your Greeting

1. Press the “Message” Key
2. Press “0” for the main menu.
3. Press “G (4)” or press the key under “Greet” in the display
4. Press “1” or press the key under :Gr1” in the display
5. Press “R (7)” or press the key under “Rec” in the display
6. Follow the prompts and record greeting
7. Press the “#” key to exit

To Record your Name

1.      Press the “Message” Key

2.      Press “0” for the main menu.

3.      Press “RN (76)”  To record your name

4.      Press “R (7)” or press the key under “Rec” in the display

5.      Follow prompts to record your name

6.      Press the “#” key to exit

To set your Password (Security Code)

1.      Press the “Message” Key

2.      Press “0” for the main menu.

3.      Press “OP (67)” for mail box options

4.      To set your Security Code press  “S (7)” or press the key under “Sec” in the display.

5.      Follow the prompts to set Security Code

6.      Press the “#” key to exit

To check messages from outside the building

1. Dial the main phone number (Answered by the AutoAttendent)
2. Wait for the Auto Attendant to answer.
3. Dial “#” and your mailbox number (Extension Number)
4. Follow prompts to listen to messages.
