1.   Do you own or lease the alarm system equipment?

2. Is the system a “Packaged” –one size fits all- or a “Personalized” system designed to fit your needs and lifestyle?

3. Is the monitoring station a local, UL© listed Central Station?

4. Are the installers licensed, background checked, and insured?

5. Are all the wires concealed?

6. Are the company phones answered 24 hours a day, by employees that are familiar with your alarm and local area?

7.  Are all alarm & fire devices zoned, to pinpoint the exact location?

8. Does the company offer 24-hour, 365 day Service?

9. What kind of warranty? What does it cover and for how long?

10.  Do the sales personnel and installers have ID cards from the Alabama Electronic Security Board of Licensure?    

11.   Are all employees randomly tested for illegal drugs?
